Between October 25th and 27th, approximately 500 PFLAG leaders, members and supporters from across the country will come together in Kansas City for PFLAG’s bi-annual national convention. The event will feature up to 50 events where LGBTQ+ leaders share their insights and expertise and offer training for advocates, organizers and professionals across all fields.
Participants will be equipped with the knowledge and tools to be better allies in their communities. They will make valuable connections with thought-leaders in the LGBTQ+ community and learn how to be an effective chapter leader by helping to fulfill PFLAG’s mission of LGBTQ+ support, education and advocacy.
“This event has a significant influence on the work being done across the country by PFLAG members, volunteers who are consistently and passionately raising their PFLAG voices to share their stories at the community, city, state, and federal levels.”
